Frequently Asked Questions

The Tradermath Probability Trainer presents you with probability questions from various trading firms and asks you to solve them. You can adjust difficulty, time limits, topic categories, and question types to customize your training experience.

Different categories focus on different types of probability questions. Counting & Combinatorics focuses on permutations, arrangements, and sampling problems. Conditional & Bayes covers Bayes theorem and conditional probability. Expected Value includes averages and order statistics. Logic Puzzles features math puzzles and numerical reasoning.

Consistency is key. Train at least 3 to 4 times a week for 10 to 20 minutes. Daily practice is ideal for building strong probability intuition. Short, focused sessions help you retain concepts better than occasional long sessions.

Open questions are harder and build deeper understanding since you must work through the problem completely. Multiple choice is faster and helps develop elimination skills. Mix both types for well-rounded preparation.

Start with easier difficulties to build confidence, then gradually increase difficulty. Focus on understanding the underlying patterns and formulas. Practice recognizing question types quickly so you can apply the right approach immediately.
