They also work directly with Software Engineers to develop new tools and workflows to achieve 100% uptime and best-in-class technology.

Responsibilities

  • Use in-house software and SQL to verify our ETL pipelines have produced correct ETF pricing from multiple market data providers each morning before the market opens.
  • Bring up our ETF pricing software and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for operational trading issues involving securities pricing and market data feeds.
  • Monitor and validate pricing data to ensure accuracy of ETF valuations and underlying basket compositions.

  • Contribute new tools by effectively collaborating with traders, developers, and other teams to meet the Firm's technology needs.

  • Strong understanding of financial securities, and experience working with market data providers (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.) is a plus.
  • Basic working knowledge of Bash and familiarity working in a Linux environment.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail - critical when validating financial data before market open.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly related to financial data discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced trading environment
