Flow Traders is looking for experienced Traders to join our growing teams in Equity, Fixed Income and Digital Assets (FX/ Crypto) at our Amsterdam office. The ideal candidate exhibits in depth knowledge in trading along with a passion for the financial markets. What you will do
- Formulate quantitative and automated trading strategies
- Manage and optimize your intraday trading positions together with your team
- Focus on technical improvements on the desk while also automating various daily processes
- Manage trading positions and ensure essential information is captured accurately
- Identify new opportunities and products that align with Flow Traders growth strategy
What you need to succeed
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in market making
- In depth knowledge in trading Equity, Fixed Income, Digital Assets or FX
- University Degree, preferably in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Finance, or related
- Excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills
- Competitive, entrepreneurial and able to deliver under pressure
- A distinct ability to spot arising opportunities and the assertiveness to seize them
