  • Develop structured project plans, business requirements, risk assessments, and resource models to support disciplined execution
  • Provide governance and oversight across strategic initiatives, identifying interdependencies, conflicts, and resource constraints
  • Deliver clear, concise updates to senior leadership and internal committees, translating complexity into actionable insight
  • Evaluate and recommend resource allocation decisions in partnership with functional leaders
  • Help facilitate the annual budget planning process, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities and capital deployment
  • Identify opportunities to improve operating processes, coordination mechanisms, and execution discipline across the firm

We’re Looking for Teammates With:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience in investment management, strategy, or consulting
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience partnering with front office, trading, or investment teams, with familiarity across portfolio management, execution, and both pre-trade and post-trade workflows
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment without formal authority
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility across levels of the organization
