Susquehanna’s full-time, entry-level Quant programmes mark the start of an exciting and fast-paced career working in one of the world’s leading quantitative trading firms. Joining one of our graduate programmes, you will be provided with an in-depth education programme that offers unique insight into the world of quantitative trading. Your training and development will be supported by mentorship from experienced traders and researchers as you begin to apply your skills and knowledge to real-world trading problems.

What we're looking for
Who You Are:
- A graduate/soon to be graduate from a STEM or Quantitative Finance/Economics degree.
- Available to start full time in late June, 2026
- Quant Systematic Trading and Quant Research candidates should have a minimum of a Master’s degree upon starting.
