Premonition

Premonition makes markets in instruments that barely existed a few years ago: prediction markets, perpetual contracts, and compute-resource markets. It is one of a small number of shops providing two-sided liquidity in derivative categories that were themselves still taking shape in 2025.

Founded that year by Samuel Wood-Soloff, Alex Gao, and Noah Hiers, the firm is built around emerging derivative structure rather than established options or futures. It is incorporated in Delaware and works out of the New York area, a young team betting these new contract types turn into real markets.
