Rob Keldoulis founded the Sydney firm in 2011 and runs it across three desks: high-frequency market making, medium-frequency systematic trading, and the positional energy book. He talks publicly about building a purpose-driven, socially conscious trading firm, unusual messaging in a famously private industry. Offices in Hong Kong and Amsterdam extend the firm into APAC and European hours, the latter putting it in the same market-making geography as Optiver and Flow Traders, on a smaller scale.
