Founded in 2015, VICI is widely regarded by local brokerages as Taiwan's largest domestic high-frequency firm by market share. Its edge comes from massive parallel computation rather than discretion, with revenue earned through market-making and arbitrage at scale. The firm has signalled plans for a European branch as it pushes to become the largest HFT operation in Asia.
