Financial Research Analyst at Squarepoint Capital

Position Overview:

• Process data and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge
• Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes under tight deadlines with quality and excellence.
• Will work within parameters and with supervision to ensure quality and performance to set standards.
• Build subject-matter expertise towards various workflow and processes of the dataset
• Provide data and analysis based on various project owners’ requests.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation: M. Com / PGDM/ MBA (Any stream with Finance / Accountancy as major subject).
• Effective communication skill (written & verbal)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail, multi-task and ability to prioritize.
• The candidate must have a positive attitude towards work and environment/culture of the team
• 2-4 years of relevant experience

Shift Flexibility:

Must be willing to work night shifts 1-2 days per week based on business requirements.
