Quantrend went from a 2020 startup to a serious crypto market maker in a few years, building its core trading infrastructure in Rust on AWS and Kubernetes rather than the usual C++ stack. A co-founder came out of Kronos Research, and the firm leans on deep-learning models for strategy work.

Based in Taipei, it focuses on cryptocurrency perpetual futures and spot, acting as both principal trader and liquidity provider. Beyond its own book, Quantrend builds custom quantitative strategies for institutions, including private-equity funds, family offices, and investment banks.
