OTS Capital wraps a high-frequency trading platform inside a regulated fund. The HFT and arbitrage engine comes from a sister company, OTS Technology, while the fund itself sits in Luxembourg as a Special Limited Partnership under CSSF supervision, an unusual pairing of prop-style infrastructure with an external-investor vehicle.

Founded in 2023 and led by Jamie Morris, the fund applies directional and arbitrage strategies for outside capital. The wider OTS Group also runs Optimal Traders, a funded-trader and prop-challenge program kept entirely separate from the fund's investment operations.
