Nino Options

Nino Options is essentially one experienced options trader and a quoting engine. Alfred Kemp, formerly a market maker at Optiver, set it up in 2009 as Kemp Trading BV and runs it from Beursplein 5, the old Amsterdam exchange building that houses a cluster of small Dutch prop shops.

The firm quotes equity options and futures on Dutch, Belgian, French, Italian, German and Swiss underlyings, with memberships spanning Euronext, SIX Swiss, Eurex and Xetra, all on its own capital with no clients. In 2013 it moved to the Tbricks platform for auto-quoting and auto-hedging, with a bespoke pricing and risk setup built around its book. It stays deliberately tiny, expanding coverage by country rather than headcount.
