Maverick trades two kinds of options that rarely share a desk: US equity options and crypto options, hedged with Delta One instruments. The dual focus, traditional and digital volatility under one roof, defines the firm.

Three high-frequency traders founded it in Amsterdam in 2017, working from the World Trade Center tower that houses a cluster of the city's prop shops, with a second office in Singapore to cover Asian hours and crypto venues. Core technology, including the C++ that connects it to exchanges, is built in-house rather than bought. The structure is flat: traders own their strategies early and work directly with the founders, the casual, low-hierarchy style that Amsterdam prop trading is known for.
