Ethflow hires almost exclusively from the competitive-programming elite: IOI and IMO medalists, Codeforces grandmasters, ICPC finalists, and former Google engineers. That talent filter is more typical of top systematic funds than of a Warsaw and Krakow crypto shop, which is rather the point.

The firm builds proprietary trading algorithms and blockchain infrastructure to wring inefficiencies out of cryptocurrency markets, deploying across multiple exchanges on a stack built around Ethereum, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Its engineers cluster mostly in Poland, with members reaching into Serbia, the United Kingdom, and Belarus. Denis Anishchenko leads it.
