Elliott Investment Management ranks among the oldest continuously managed funds in the business, founded by Paul Singer in 1977 and run without interruption since. Singer grew it from convertible arbitrage into a multi-strategy operation that works across the entire capital structure.

Today it invests through distressed and special situations, private equity, private credit, and a range of hedge and arbitrage strategies, with much of its staff concentrated in portfolio management, trading, and research. The firm relocated its headquarters from New York to West Palm Beach in late 2020.
