DRW is a diversified trading firm with over 3 decades of experience bringing sophisticated technology and exceptional people together to operate in markets around the world. We value autonomy and the ability to quickly pivot to capture opportunities, so we operate using our own capital and trade at our own risk.

Headquartered in Chicago with offices throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia, we trade a variety of asset classes, including Fixed Income, ETFs, Equities, FX, Commodities, and Energy, across all major global markets. We have also leveraged our expertise and technology to expand into three non-traditional strategies: real estate, venture capital, and cryptoassets.

We operate with respect, curiosity, and open minds. The people who thrive here share our belief that it’s not just what we do that matters—it’s how we do it. DRW is a place of high expectations, integrity, innovation, and a willingness to challenge consensus.

Our philosophy:

  • We believe in relentless automation of repetitive tasks.
  • We have the curiosity and drive to dig deep and find creative solutions.
  • We believe our goal is to find the right solution rather than always being right.

What you’ll do:

  • Triage and resolve tickets from the operations queue and respond to critical production incidents.
  • Implement planned and ad hoc changes in accordance with firmwide change management processes.
  • Maintain clear system documentation and capture specialized configurations as repeatable runbooks.
  • Participate in a global support team with an on-call rotation and occasional weekend maintenance.

Your background:

  • Experience managing Windows Server infrastructure in high-visibility, mission-critical environments.
  • Experience administering Windows Server services, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Failover Clustering.
  • Experience with Entra ID, Exchange (Server, Online, and Hybrid), and MECM (SCCM) is preferred.
  • Ability to use scripts such as PowerShell and Python to automate routine administrative tasks.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals, server hardware, and VM deployments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and have evidence-based discussions on technical and operational topics.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and find solutions under interesting constraints.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Prometheus.
