Twenty-plus years quoting Dutch index and single-stock options, and still a desk you could fit in one room. 323 Trading has provided liquidity on Euronext Amsterdam since 1998, concentrating on AEX index options, where it ranks among the most active liquidity providers.

The firm sits near Central Station, close to the exchange whose gong it rang for its twentieth anniversary in February 2023. It hires developers as readily as junior options traders, building the software behind its quoting in-house rather than buying it off the shelf. Its stated ambition reaches past the Netherlands toward global arbitrage and market making, but its identity stays rooted in the AEX.
